Billing Overview
Paid plans are coming soon
Hobby and Pro subscriptions are not yet available. All accounts are on the Free tier. Paid plans will launch soon.
SkyState uses a tiered subscription model with three plans: Free, Hobby, and Pro. Subscriptions are managed through Creem. Usage is metered against per-tier limits for projects, API requests, stored users, and state history retention.

Billing Model
- Hobby and Pro - monthly recurring subscriptions via Creem
- Upgrade from free tier creates a Creem checkout session; the new tier takes effect after payment
- Switching between paid tiers (e.g. Hobby → Pro or Pro → Hobby) takes effect immediately; Creem applies immediate proration
- Ending a paid subscription (switching to Free) is scheduled to take effect at the end of the current billing period; the account keeps the current paid tier until then
- A scheduled end-of-subscription can be cancelled (resume) before the period ends
- Refund requests are handled through
support@skystate.io; see the Support Policy
